Cefutil 500mg Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat bacterial infections in your body. It is effective in infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), ear, throat, nasal sinus, urinary tract, skin, soft tissues, bones, and joints. It is also used to prevent infections during surgery.

Cefutil 500mg Tablet should be taken with food to avoid an upset stomach. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. The dose will depend on what you are being treated for, but you should always complete a full course of this antibiotic as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop taking it until you have finished, even when you feel better. If you stop taking it early, some bacteria may survive and the infection may come back. It will not work for viral infections such as flu or the common cold. Using any antibiotic when you do not need it can make it less effective for future infections.

The most common side effects of this medicine include rash, vomiting, increased liver enzymes, nausea, and diarrhea. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days.

Before using it, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotics or have any kidney or liver problems. This combination medication is used to treat symptoms of Parkinson's disease or Parkinson-like symptoms (such as shakiness, stiffness, difficulty moving). Parkinson's disease is thought to be caused by too little of a naturally occurring substance (dopamine) in the brain. Levodopa changes into dopamine in the brain, helping to control movement. Crestor (Rosuvastatin) 10mg 28 Tablets contains the active ingredient Rosuvastatin, which belongs to a group of medicines called statins, which are fat regulating medicines. It is used to lower lips known as cholesterol and other fats in the blood. Whist taking Crestor, you should also maintain a cholesterol lowering diet. You should not take Crestor if you have, or have ever had a disease which affects the liver, if you have had any unexplained abnormal blood tests for liver function, if you are a woman able to have children and not using reliable contraception, if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant or if you are breastfeeding. You must speak to your doctor before taking Crestor, because it may be unsuitable for you if:

• You have ever had a stroke with bleeding into the brain or have small pockets of fluid in the brain from previous strokes.
• You have kidney problems
• You have an under-active thyroid gland
• You regularly drink large amounts of alcohol
• You are older than 70 years old
• You have had repeated or unexplained muscle aches or pains, a personal history or family history of muscle problems
• You have had previous muscle problems during treatment with other lipid-lowering medicines
• You have a history of liver disease
• You have severe respiratory failure

If you take any of medicines, you must speak to your doctor before taking Crestor, particularly the following:

• Medicines used to alter the way your immune system works

Curam (500/125 mg) Tablet is a combination of Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid. It is used for the treatment of bacterial infections that affect the ears, lungs, nose, urinary tract, skin, bones, etc. This medication is effective only for the treatment of infections caused by bacteria and not viruses. Curam (500/125 mg) Tablet is effective against a large number of bacteria. Amoxycillin works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell walls and killing the infection-causing bacteria. Clavulanic acid prevents bacteria from destroying Amoxycillin and ensures extended anti-bacterial activity. Curam (500/125 mg) Tablet may cause some less common side effects such as skin rash, headache, dizziness, skin rash/itching, etc. Consult your doctor if these symptoms persist or if they become severe. Curam (500/125 mg) Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. You will start to feel better in a few days. However, continue taking the medicine for the prescribed duration. Skipping doses or not completing the full course of therapy may result in decreased effectiveness of the medicine or increased risk of re-infection that would be difficult to treat in the future.  Curam (500/125 mg) Tablet is not recommended if you are allergic to it. Inform your doctor if you have any kidney/liver problems before starting treatment with this medicine. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding if this medicine has been prescribed to you.

Dalacin C 300mg Capsule is an antibiotic medicine that fights bacteria and is used to treat a variety of bacterial infections. It is effective in infections of the lungs (e.g., pneumonia), throat, stomach, skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, and teeth.

Dalacin C 300mg Capsule works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This helps to improve your symptoms and cure the underlying infection. It may be taken with or without food, but it should be used regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.

Daonil is used to control blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This type of diabetes is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes (NIDDM) or maturity onset diabetes.

Daonil is used in conjunction with diet control and exercise to control blood sugar.

Daonil can be used alone, or in combination with insulin or other anti-diabetes medicines.

Daonil lowers high blood glucose by increasing the amount of insulin released by your pancreas.

Daonil belongs to a group of medicines called sulphonylureas.

If your blood glucose is not properly controlled, you may experience hypoglycaemia (low blood glucose) or hyperglycaemia (high blood glucose). High blood glucose can lead to serious problems with your heart, eyes, circulation or kidneys.

Low blood glucose can occur suddenly. Signs may include:

• weakness, trembling, shaking
• sweating
• light headedness, dizziness, headache or lack of concentration
• tearfulness, crying or depression
• irritability
• hunger
• numbness around the lips and tongue
• restlessness or disturbed sleep
• If not treated promptly, these may progress to:
• loss of co-ordination
• slurred speech
• confusion
• loss of consciousness or seizures High blood glucose usually occurs more slowly than low blood glucose. Signs of high blood glucose may include:
• lethargy or tiredness
• headache
• severe thirst
• passing large amounts of urine and more often
• blurred vision
• dry mouth or dry skin

Before you take Daonil

When you must not take it

Do not take Daonil if you have an allergy to:

• any medicine containing glibenclamide
• any of the ingredients listed at the end of this leaflet.
• any other similar medicines (such as sulphur antibiotics or sulphonylureas).
• Some of the symptoms of an allergic reaction may include:
• shortness of breath
• wheezing or difficulty breathing
• swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts of the body
• rash, itching or hives on the skin

Do not take Daonil if you have any of the following conditions:

• Type 1 diabetes mellitus (insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, also known as IDDM, or juvenile or growth onset diabetes)
• unstable diabetes
• diabetic ketoacidosis
• diabetic coma or pre-coma
• severe kidney disease
• severe liver disease
• you are being treated with the medication bosentan

Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant.

It may affect your developing baby if you take it during pregnancy.

Insulin is more suitable for controlling blood sugar during pregnancy. Your doctor will replace Daonil with insulin while you are pregnant.

Do not breast-feed if you are taking this medicine.

It is not known if Daonil passes into breast milk. Daonil should not be taken while you are breastfeeding.

Do not give Daonil to children.

Safety and effectiveness in children has not been established.

Do not take this medicine after the expiry date printed on the pack or if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering.

If it has expired or is damaged, return it to your pharmacist for disposal.

If you are not sure whether you should start taking this medicine, talk to your doctor.

Before you start to take it

Tell your doctor if you have allergies to any other medicines, foods, preservatives or dyes.

Tell your doctor if you have or have had any of the following medical conditions:

• glucose-6-phosphate (G6PD) deficiency
• a history of diabetic coma
• adrenal, pituitary (or thyroid) problems
• heart failure
• kidney or liver problems
• you drink alcohol in any amount
• you do not eat regular meals
• you do a lot of exercise or heavy work
• you are feeling ill or unwell
• you are taking any other antidiabetic treatment

Diet, exercise, alcohol and your general health all strongly affect the control of your diabetes. Discuss these things with your doctor.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant or are breast-feeding.

Your doctor can discuss with you the risks and benefits involved.

If you have not told your doctor about any of the above, tell him/her before you start taking Daonil.

Taking other medicines

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, including medicines that you buy without a prescription from your pharmacy, supermarket or health food shop.

Some medicines may lead to low blood glucose (hypoglycaemia) by increasing the blood glucose lowering effect of Daonil. These include:

• alcohol
• some medicines used to treat high blood pressure
• some medicines used to treat arthritis, pain and inflammation
• (anabolic) steroids
• some cholesterol-lowering medicines
• other medicines used to treat diabetes
• some antibiotics
• medicines used to prevent blood clots
• disopyramide, a medicine used to treat irregular heart rhythms
• some medicines used to treat depression
• pentoxifylline (oxpentifylline), a medicine used to treat blood vessel problems
• some medicines used to treat cancer
• some medicines used to treat gout
• cimetidine and ranitidine, medicines used to treat reflux and ulcers

Some medicines may lead to loss of control of your diabetes (resulting in high blood glucose) by weakening the blood glucose-effect of Daonil. These include:

• alcohol
• some medicines used to treat glaucoma
• some medicines used to treat high blood pressure
• corticosteroids such as prednisone and cortisone
• glucagon, a medicine used to treat low blood glucose
• some medicines used to treat tuberculosis
• high dose nicotinic acid used for the lowering of blood fats
• oestrogens and oral contraceptives
• some medicines used to treat mental illness or psychotic disorders
• phenytoin, a medicine used to treat epilepsy (convulsions)
• cimetidine and ranitidine, medicines used to treat reflux and ulcers
• ritodrine, a medicine used to prevent premature labour
• diuretics, also known as fluid tablets
• some asthma medicines and weight reducing medicines
• thyroid hormones
• large doses of laxatives
• indomethacin, a medicine used to treat arthritis (an inflammatory condition)
• barbiturates, medicines used for sedation

Some medicines may hide the symptoms of low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia). These include:

• alcohol
• some medicines used to treat high blood pressure

You may need different amounts of your medicine or you may need to take different medicines. Your doctor, pharmacist or diabetes educator can tell you what to do if you are taking any of these medicines. They also have a more complete list of medicines to be careful with or avoid while taking Daonil.

How to take Daonil

Follow all directions given to you by your doctor, pharmacist or diabetes educator carefully.

Deprim Tablet is a prescription medicine that is used to treat certain infections such as urinary tract infections, middle ear infection (acute otitis media) in children, intestinal infection (shigellosis), serious lung infection in people with the weakened immune system (pneumocystis carinii pneumonia), infection of the digestive tract (traveler's diarrhea in adults). Hydrochlorothiazide is called a "water pill" (diuretic) and causes your body to get rid of extra salt and water by making more urine.

How to use Exforge

Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once daily. If you take this drug too close to bedtime, you may need to wake up to urinate. It is best to take this medication at least 4 hours before your bedtime.

The dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment.

Take this medication regularly to get the most benefit from it. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day. It may take up to 2 weeks before you get the full benefit of this product. Keep taking this product even if you feel well. Most people with high blood pressure do not feel sick.

If you also take certain drugs to lower your cholesterol (bile acid-binding resins such as cholestyramine, colestipol), take amlodipine/valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide at least 4 hours before or at least 4 to 6 hours after these medications.

Metrolag Tablet is used to treat a sexually transmitted infection (called symptomatic trichomoniasis). It is a prescription medicine. This medicine works by interacting with DNA that interferes with the DNA synthesis that leads to the end of bacteria. Metrolag is also used to treat a genitourinary infection (called asymptomatic trichomoniasis). It is also used to treat asymptomatic sexual partners. Moxclav (875/125 mg) Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections of the lungs and airways, middle ear, sinuses, skin, and urinary tract. Amoxycillin interferes with the growth and division process of the bacterial cell wall while clavulanic acid enhances the activity of Amoxycillin in treating infections caused by susceptible bacteria.  Moxclav (875/125 mg) Tablet shows common side effects like nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and skin rash. Usually, these side effects are self-limiting. Consult your doctor at the earliest if any of these effects persist for a long time or worsen. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to this medicine or any other antibiotics. Moxclav (875/125 mg) Tablet should be taken with food as it improves absorption and decreases the risks of stomach upset. Your doctor will decide the dose and frequency based on the severity of the infection. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed. Use

Preparation and Usage:
For oral use:
Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 16 years and over:
